At the helm of HelixAI, Kevin is driven by his dedication to accelerating the drug R&D process. His vision encompasses a unified platform designed to streamline the creation of large and small molecules, assess their efficacy, manage data capture at scale, and harness the power of data visualization. The platform also incorporates advanced analytical and AI strategies to augment the discovery process.

Dave Cooney

Head of GTM Strategy

Dave Cooney is Head of GTM Strategy at HelixAI and is focused on shaping and executing the company’s go-to-market approach. He works closely with pharma and biotech partners to expand HelixAI’s global footprint and deliver transformative AI solutions that accelerate drug discovery.

Marcos Camara

Director, AI Solutions

As Director of AI Solutions at HelixAI, Marcos is driving the development of next-generation agentic AI systems designed to accelerate scientific research and unlock new value chains across the life sciences industry. His mission is to harness generative AI to build transformative products that meaningfully improve patient outcomes.

Rich Roda

Chief Financial Officer

Rich Roda serves as the Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 20 years of financial leadership across technology, healthcare, and professional services. He has extensive experience building and scaling finance operations for growth-stage and private equity–backed companies.

Mike Hampton

Chief Commercial Officer

Mike’s focus is on accelerating growth by developing strong partnerships with pharma and biotech and strengthening Helix’s position as the industry leader in AI-native lab informatics. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer and President of Field Operations at Causaly, where he partnered with top biopharma organizations with AI-powered solutions to empower scientists in achieving breakthrough discoveries.

Rob Brown, Ph. D.

Head of Science Office

Rob Brown is Head of the Scientific Office. He was previously at Dotmatics where he was Head of Global Presales, Product Marketing & Product Management. Earlier in his career he ran product marketing teams at Accelrys, SciTegic and MSI. Rob started his career as a postdoc and later research scientist at Abbott Laboratories (now Abbvie). He received his PhD in Cheminformatics from the University of Sheffield, UK.

Gordon McCall

Chief Operations Officer

Gordon McCall is a proven business leader with deep operational and financial expertise, now serving as Chief Operating Officer. Gordon plays a pivotal role in scaling operations and supporting the company’s rapid growth—he has transitioned into the COO role to lead global delivery and customer experience strategy.

Sean Blake

Chief Information Officer

Sean Blake has more than 20 years of IT leadership experience in technology operations, project management, systems implementation, and application support, with extensive expertise in regulatory compliance including 21 CFR Part 11, Sarbanes-Oxley, FISMA, FDA and US and International data privacy laws.
